“… the shape of a snowflake, is the shape of universal love and compassion.”
I’m inspired by the work of Dr Masaru Emoto, a Japanese scientist who revolutionised that our thoughts and intentions influence our world.
Dr Emoto’s life work, documented in the New York Times Bestseller, The Hidden messages in Water, demonstrates that the water exposed to kind and compassionate words, music and prayers, results in the beautiful formations in the water,
just like the formation of a snowflake!
With the intention of love, compassion and benevolence, one could surmise that the shape of a snowflake, is the shape of universal love and compassion.
Using segments of my original work, infused with my own photographs of nature, I’ve created new artworks in the form of mandalas, that are inspired by the snowflake and it’s relation to love and compassion. They are intended for the viewer to take a breath, pause and reflect. They are for the viewer to feel calm, connected, energised and uplifted.
They are a reminder that we are love.
